Dense Urban Location:The site was located on a busy commercial road, requiring controlled movement of materials and night-time heavy unloading. High Water Table:Basement construction required advanced dewatering and chemical waterproofing to prevent seepage. Limited Space for Labour & Storage:We used on-site prefabrication and just-in-time delivery to avoid material congestion. Monsoon Delays: Rain protection sheds and rapid-curing concrete were used to maintain progress.
The quality of work, coordination and professional approach made the entire project smooth. The building today stands as one of the most attractive commercial spaces in the area.
